Many new to yoga want to learn the basics from the ground up and on a level playing field. This 4-week series, designed for absolute beginners, should be fun and productive and completely unintimidating. In a supportive environment, students are free to ask any questions and spend all the time they need to absorb the fundamentals of their new yoga practice. Students will discover their own strength and flexibility, and leave confident and inspired. Please register early since class size is limited to 13 students.
